Not sure how many bytes in the chain that is needed to write one byte of data in a book format. Assuming that it is 1 it would cost 0.01 BCH for every MB, the bible would be 4.4MB.
Looking at the byte size (Plain text) of animal farm it looks to be about 2 bytes to encode 1 byte of plain text, and the bible has about 27 times more words, so it would cost somewher
Most books could be written in between 0.004 to 0.02 BCH, or about $3 to $16 at current prices.
(But my numbers may be way off, eternally errata, don't take my word for it, only way to know is to try)
