I use AirVPN with super tigher lock.. i check ipleak.net regularly looks good. I think memo cash is using a ddos proteciotn that might block some of my actions... ?
Definitely behind cloudflare...if your VPN has multiple exit points, that might trigger DDOS protection, though not positive.
