For what? There is nothing to pardon.
He *does* have a felony conviction and that can be pardoned even after the sentence is served. Just removes it from the record. Not sure why he would or should care though.

Well, the damage is already done. I don't believe he would want a pardon from any state as he finds them illegitimate anyhow.

Agreed, it's a badge of honor! I believe you have to formally accept a pardon, although they did pardon that boxer posthumously.
