It's strange. Even though memo is permanent, because it is currently small in size, it feels a lot more private than most social media sites.

Are you developing the memo.cash Android App? If so you are even self censoring in that case as you are ashamed to publish your spaghetti code as you stated yourself in the reviews.

What is the general process you used to put an app in the Google play store? How do you develop apps?
I use Android Studio to develop and a boat-load of SOF posts to get me through any issues. To publish you simply need to register as a developer; you may need a Google account.
You are so aggressive. Whats your problem with reality/truth? Just stop whining/insulting and keep developing the app. I am waiting for the release as I really liked it.
