Which side do you support with the coming November Hard Fork?
Bitcoin ABC plans canonical transaction ordering, activation for OP_CHECKDATASIG and OP_CHECKDATASIGVERIFY.
nChain plans block size to 128MB.

Amaury is a plant who constantly retweets a diehard commie and enemy to Bitcoin, Emin Sirer
enemy is giving him too much credit. He released the selfish mining paper that caused people to think miners were evil. An hypothesis with zero evidence/proof from assistant professor.
we all agree SM is not a present danger. but it is a geniune theoretical threat, and responsible devs ought to keep it into account when planning for the future
it's like blocksize. do we need 1 GB blocks now? no, we couldn't fill them if we tried. but devs need to build a system that can handle that capacity in advance of demand. play to win.
Your intuition is correct. The banks weren't just going to let us have our own fork, but they were hurried, and used the same Blockstream tactic over again. Won't work this time.
Potentially. Put it this way, this is the first I heard of any chain split, but there is plenty of time to hash it all out. Have ABC stated they will be forking regardless?
ABC can not FORK! ABC is a protocol dev. team. Only miners can fork, by running code. ABC Team suggested some changes, it is now on miners so articulate if they are willing run it.
You convinced me they likely will become irrelevant in reddit. I was quite a skeptic a week ago. Glad miners are not just some puppets now and they realise they must have dev teams
