Very true. Interesting, because the middle classes often take greater care of there health. Often shows poverty effects self worth = > chance of eating junk food, creating bad cycle.

I’m lower class, but I was an extreme athlete from 5th grade up to age 40, so I always appreciated a lean strong body with lots of energy

You will love the Primal Blueprint :); don't take my word for it though - try it out and see for yourself!. It's actually possible to go up to 90+ years and still be able to jog well!.

When I read Mark Sissons book - Primal Blueprint, it actually changed my life; its true. Better energy, mental stamina, less hunger, reduced body inflammations with higher PH balance!.
