as a "game of greater fools", something where they should desperately avoid being the bagholder while duping as many others as possible. ... For a few years, I looked at r/Bitcoin,
Bitcointalk and other channels after the control had firmly been seized by the cabal of scammers."
That was part of the plan of destroying Bitcoin, by using gullible peoples own money,
and we can see it right now with BSV done very similarly by using same get-rich-quick narratives in social media trying to lure people to BSV. BTC is the co-opted chain which is used
to suck in the investors' money into, which then sucks in all the hashpower to secure a fiat-friendly useless coin, while every new chain which attempts to succeed is killed while it's
still small because it can't grow (chicken and the egg problem). This is the game theory game they've been playing for years and only now we see it expressed as it is by them.
PS also CSW and Ayre and the social media trolls were recruited because they're professional scammers.
