gm frens, i hope you have a wonderful winter season. i've been playing the following games and i highly recommend them:

dark and darker - go in to the dungeon as one of many different classes ( tried rogue and cleric so far ) , fight skeletons, find loot, and find an exit stone to escape with your loot. after escaping, you can sell the loot or bring it back into the dungeon

the finals - enter the first person shooter arena and fight for the objectives usually located among destructible buildings. there are a bunch of different weapons to use and the diversity makes it really fun

baldur's gate 3 - roll the dice based on your classes and skills and play through a story either alone or with friends. the decisions you make along the way will affect how the story plays out and you might need to restart from your save point a few times.
