it is. each node has its own local mempool. thus mempool stats diverge.

I see exactly 9500 tx more than Blochchair.

Which mempool stat is right? Can it converge at some point?

there is no right or wrong. if a tx happens not to make it to the mempool of the node that happens to mine the block, it will show up in the next block.
