The work done is related to the capital investment they put up front. More work gets done in capitalism due to capital investments.

You want to know what involves no real work. Crypto mining. It is about capital investment, and the ROI you receive. If you pay someone to maintain the miners, is it all their Bitcoin?
When you pay someone to maintain the miners that is you paying them for a service. The hardware is what does the work of mining, not the people maintaining the hardware.
According to communism that service is the only labour going on. So that one guy can claim all the miners are his according to you.
This is like paying someone to clean your house or mow lawn, you pay for a service. Capitalism is when someone has cleaning business, sends other people to clean and they take profits.
So you now want to say that mining crypto is not real work? While Its not human physical work its still work done from energy that all comes from the miner, not anyone else.

The worker does the work in the factory, but the capitalist multiplies the productivity buy investing in equipment. You over value labour. You really need to learn how things work.

This is wrong. Often the capitalist uses loans, and their own labour, to get the money to invest in the equipment. Also, profit isn't from not worker labour. It is from customers.
This is simply wrong. You have no profits until after having a business. Often the capitalist works themselves harder than they can legally work an employee in order to get the loans
and use the profits to pay back the loans. After that the profits are often reinvested in he company, and any the capitalist takes is well deserved.
