You can have capitalism without banks. So banks =/= capitalism.
Yes, you can have capitalism without banks, but that doesn't mean banks are not capitalist businesses. Take definition of capitalism and apply it to banks & you will see you are wrong.
I never said they are not capitalist businesses. I said they =/= capitalism. The way you jump between capitalist businesses and capitalism in general confuses the issues.
