because someone is good at science doesnt add any weight to their words in any other topic. Einstein’s thoughts on cooking, politics or starting a company are average, on par with our thoughts

Did Einstein have a blog? I'd love to read his thoughts on cooking, politics, and starting companies. Sauce?

do we have the thoughts of any average person on any topic? typically throughout history (not now bc internet) only the thoughts of those at the high end of the distribution are kept.

Yes. We're sitting here on the internet talking about Capitalism. If we don't have the thoughts on Einstein then you can't possibly know what his thoughts were on cooking. Hmmm

Einstein actually addresses this question in the first sentence https://monthlyreview.org/2009/05/01/why-socialism/

his reasons about why we should listen to him are not very convincing and are basically because he want to talk about it.

I’m not looking for his thoughts to judge them myself, I’m saying society has already judged them lack luster.

I'm saying if his thoughts were very above average (like his thoughts on physics) we would have a record of those thoughts (like we have a record of his thoughts on physics).
