I dont think there's any way to know if this is real for sure. The paper however has a lot of details on the birth of bitcoin, lending some credibility to author's claim.

I could not find anything thats propaganda in this text. More like a compilation of what’s publicly available from the early days.
I stopped reading about 1/3 through. The bit about Moore's law in the beginning is a small blocker talking point. Then he said PoW wont be necessary to sustain bitcoin. 100% disinfo.
