...hmm i obv need to research this more, but those suggestions smell like they could be a pain in smart-contracts; security or backwards-comp wise
...i'm not sure what exactly CSW means by `locking down the protocol` after returning spec to v0.1, but it seems like there might be another conflict brewing with those suggestions
He explained 'locking down' - no new features added, ever. Only security updates, if needed. New features built on 2nd layer.
