I think it kinda does though.
Orange logo is always associated with btc.
Green logo is always associated with BCH. Consistency. That is what branding is all about.

On bitcoincash.org they had their logos orange though :P
Yeah it has been both colors, but really it shouldn't. Is BCH Gold or Cash?
