What you keep ignoring is that thit money capitalist puts into equipment is capital from profits which is all wealth that workers created, not the capitalist.
This is simply wrong. You have no profits until after having a business. Often the capitalist works themselves harder than they can legally work an employee in order to get the loans
and use the profits to pay back the loans. After that the profits are often reinvested in he company, and any the capitalist takes is well deserved.
