I don't think the official stress test has started yet. Still officially 10 hours to go or so... I think they are just testing and prep. Flooding in order to "prime" the difficulty?
OK, seemed like BCH was getting flooded but then it stopped when no blocks were mined. Interesting.
Makes some sense that blocks are taking a while to be mined at the moment since the difficulty is adjusted based on the previous 24 hours. There are a significant number of tx now.
