Homes are owned by individuals. Nations are not. Homes are private property. Nations are not.
taxes in those countries are paid by individuals, so in a way they own the nations & the nation is their property, just like their homes and other private property
Taxes are payment for services. They do not make tax payers partial owners. It makes them customers. Free trade, and freedom of movement.
yes, if they whole region/nation were private property each individual could decide who they want to let on their property. ideal. currently so much 'public land'
