That type of leader probably does exist, but even then only when workers still choose freely to work under the conditions offered
Capitalism doesn't have freedom or democracy, its freedom for capitalist only. Its reason why we have double standards in society, why we have deep state & "Socialism" for rich only.
I have already explained how workers have many choices, I am not going to repeat that here.
