Do you know that most substances are legal/tolerated to be consumed in many countries? It is only that if you want to push and sell them you get real trouble with authorities.
Oh yeah I agree. My posture around "happy" substances is that penalization should be minimized while informing people should be maximized. But think twice before stating you use them
