Dashboard feels a little empty, what about adding more columns to it like Twitter's dashboard? Topics with new replies, trending users/posts, new users (to build out the community more), etc.

The point is to improve user discovery. I've followed a decent amount, lots are no longer active or barely so. Quality > quantity. A user discovery panel or page would go a long way.

I think once we have a smartphone app usage is going to go through the roof, just because you'll get notifications when someone rings your bell

A lot of old users drop off. I sometimes go through the everyone tab to follow new blood.

Ditto but I think the first major hurdle is making sure the site isn't point "exclusively" to crypto enthusiasts...

...I've tried telling people about memo but they are immediately scared by the mention of Bitcoin, let alone explaining the whole BCH/BTC thing since they've only heard of Bitcoin.

I feel like it takes a certain kind of person to be using memo right now. I think mainstream users will come when the platform is ready. But yes, the faster the better.

Fully agree, currently memo user are of a certain world (eg crypto enthusiasts). Once there's more general use and funding on new accounts things should snowball.
