You may be the only person in the world to whom forgetting is entirely a conscious choice, which you will even remember after the "forgetting"
I forget many things, which is why I set alerts, reminders, notes, bracelets, etc so I dont forget it any longer. Some even tattoo stuff to remember it. maybe warn others ur forgetful?
So maybe you are the only person in the world who forgot some insight that you didn't later remember that you forgot then. If that happens, what you think one "should" do is irrelevant
