This has the effect of making everyone wait on bitcoin again to see what it will do. People start getting out of alts waiting on BTC--it does nothing. It starts to fall and push
alt prices down with it. Eventually people tire of it again and start inflating alt prices again. BTC goes down close to 50%, wash and repeat the cycle ad infinitum."
