Bitcoin SV sounds better then Wormhole ABC Plan. But raising it to 128mb will require refactoring, not just editing the limit.
Refactoring ? What do you mean ? Rewrite the code to improve the speed of validation/... ?
He has to make changes to ensure the new blocksize/blocklimit works. Other BCH devs are saying you can't just change a parameter in the code. You actually have to change a bit of stuff
