Yes, but in reality if mountainous Japan has ~4mil hectares arable land for 120mil people. Hungary has ~4mil yet for 9mil people. Although larger overall, if Japan dropped to 80mil people, maybe easy to get a decent apt/home, things wouldn't be so cramped
