Thats breakfast done.....
-Oatmeal (50g oats, 200ml oat milk, 1 finely chopped banana)
-Two slices of wholemeal bread, two eggs with a fair amount of himalayan salt
-Two tablespoons of coconut oil for the good fatZ
Also: one teaspoon of local honey. Tastes good but mostly for the health benefits, same goes for the coconut oil
