People say that but couldn't packet inspecting routers block BCH transactions? What stops gov from doing that later. Can protocol be hidden? P2p encryption between nodes?

Furthermore, research needed on how miners across world will interact if govs actively attempt to block BCH traffic. How will TXs & new blocks be transferred? Especially since > 1MB.
