I started to look at stellar and I downloaded a wallet. you had to borrow stellar to start the wallet and then buy some stellar to pay it back. WTF? SCAM.
Like how when I first bought like 20$ worth of ripple, and went to sell it after making some gains, only to realize I can't b/c my wallet required a minimum balance of about 20$.
