well you are forgetting the church, marriage and all contract related society aspect to it. Even couple is a kind of centralized way of love, monogamy vs polygamy.
I don't equate marriage to love. And comparing centrality with monogamy is the same as saying bitcoin isn't decentralized because I don't share my funds with everyone.
