If CSW does cyber-attack #crypto exchanges (see Millers article), Dr. Wright will be taking selfies in an Orange Jumpsuit. I don't care if he is SN, no one should be above the law.

I think Dr. Wright actually supports the rule of law.

CSW needs to go on Youtube and explain his position about this stuff. Solo ,no social media panel stuff, no throwing words in his mouth ect. Maybe there is different side to the story?
replied 2041d
Why don't you watch this CSW video and tell me what you think.
replied 2041d
Honestly if CSW is not nefarious I'd be okay with him being in control. But all these screenshots and Twitter Wars got me thinking maybe he went rogue or defected to the gov's side?
replied 2041d
I don't think so. I think he just wants to grow Bitcoin ASAP. You have to understand that we are at war...

Unless ASIC Miners become far stronger in 5-10 years and miner difficulty is lowered so more processed transactions per 10 minutes.
replied 2041d
I believe we might have to move to hybrid PoW/PoS down the line (next 5-10 years). We need TPS speed from PoS but we might need to keep Miners to ensure proper circulation of coins.

Why is it that pos makes it possible to do more txs than pow? I never understood this.
replied 2041d
because PoW makes miners do math calculation stuff to select strongest miners. PoS lets any node process transactions within ~6 seconds.

replied 2041d
What is the reason they do this?
replied 2041d
GPU Miners are like Gaming Rigs with many cards. They generate around ~400 MH each depending on strength. Only takes a few AntMiners to disrupt a majority non-ASIC. Network TH>GH>MH>KH
replied 2041d
This is why BCH is ASIC Only. GPU Mining Coins can get 51% attack easily.
replied 2041d
Because you need Terahash (TH) Miner to even mine on BCH network. So network is filled with stronger miners only.
replied 2041d
PoW requires very strong miners to be powerful enough to process a block. A single outdated miner is too weak to break even in rewards. Thus a pool of Antminers are required for profit

But validating the txs is the node's job, right ?
replied 2041d
Validator coins scale very fast (1500 TPS). Not all BCH users will full node (DL whole chain), thus SPV which still works with PoS or PoW/PoS Hybrid. Unless ASICs become far stronger.
replied 2041d
Bitcoin SV sounds better then Wormhole ABC Plan. But raising it to 128mb will require refactoring, not just editing the limit.
replied 2041d
I suggest you educate yourself with all of the Craig Wright materials online including his Twitter feed which is full of information. @ProfFaustus I think he's visionary.
replied 2041d
Wormhole is a complete scam.

replied 2041d
Refactoring ? What do you mean ? Rewrite the code to improve the speed of validation/... ?
replied 2041d
He has to make changes to ensure the new blocksize/blocklimit works. Other BCH devs are saying you can't just change a parameter in the code. You actually have to change a bit of stuff

Ok thanks ! Didn't know about that

He sees the long game better than anyone else.

I remember see this on CSW twitter feed:
