I rarelly drink coffee but when I do it is mostly this bulletproof one.

- 250 ml coffee
- 40 g butter
- 5 g coconut oil/fat
- 15 g MCT-oil

Sweeten it with "stevia" or "xylith".

This way you have no "carbs" and no rising blood sugar response.
