Sorry, I still don't have an idea of what it is. My theory was that it had something to do with the UTXO when you receive tips and it would consolidate them to a single UTXO but no:(
Every tip you receive, is an UTXO, an unspent coin. When you get many of them, it's a good thing to consolidate them to a bigger 'coin'. Less work for the wallet when making payments.
Could you also explain what @Memo means when they include "Dust consolidation for all actions" in the latest update?
Yes that also what I have learned. But another advantage of consolidating them is that you'll generally save satoshis when making future transactions.
