Should the Bitcoin Cash blockchain be used to permanently publish/index .torrent file metadata?
Things to encode: infohash, network specification (clearnet/i2p), keywords, name and other metadata.
Also: content type such as plain text / rich text / audio / video / image / animated gif document etc
