So It may be that there is a supreme being, some geeks in a lab somewhere, that created a cosmos or ran a simulation, which resulted in what we today call as the big bang.
And to make matters worse, it may be that the creator came from the original big bang, or a series of creators nested withing a series of big bangs, hard to untangle.
Time exists in this physical realm. So I does indeed have a beginning. Though other realms can be timeless - for example where the creator exists which means this being has always....
time is relative in macro-scale which IMO already gets shady; quantum-level physics is cray, but i'm not mistaken time is not even a thing there & in reality, everything is quantum ⏳
I would tend to believe that the only reason time always progresses forward is just because we don't know how to go backwards instead or faster forward.
