That is actually a pretty good idea... We would need the 1sat/tx though, i doubt someone would want to spend too much on it. (a few maybe, but majority will not)
one thing I've wondered, why are lower fee limits either 1sat/byte or 0sat? why not 1sat/tx? or is that possible too?
