It's "easy" to get coins that are not tied to your identity (swap Monero for BSV for instance)
You just can't say that "criminals won't abuse from that coz bitcoin doesn't forget"

You can buy BSV with Monero using services like sideshift.ai that doesn't ask you your id card/name/etc

Yeah, I agree, for now. But this is not a long term solution because sooner or later, the website will be taken down.

Sooner or later streaming site will be taken down, but for now they are working
Same for buying illegal stuff over tor.
And the gov will try to shutdown silkroadX.0 before those site
