But if you come to Venezuela, with 1000 dollars you can have an incredible vacations, you just have to be guided by someone to tell you where to walk, Caracas is very dangerous.
In my city, you can live comfortable with 300USd a month. pay for food, services, entertainment, and others... minimum salary in here is 2-4 dollars a month, this is the modern slavery
now you can SURVIVE, not living, with 15 dollars a month, if you dont have to pay rent, and you eat only vegetables and rice all month. If you get sick, medicines are hard to find.
