This is my first post here trying out memo.cash. I see it says there is character limit of 217, is that a hard limit imposed by the blockchain or is it something that memo.cash felt was enough? Like the twitter limit
It is the current limit of the blockchain protocol - only 220 characters allowed in a single transaction, and memo posts are transactions. The limit was 80 chars before May.
