Yes, that is why there is the risk. The Bitmain investment.

It seems like Ryan has make the operational decision, as an executive, to support SV. He still has an obligation to Bitmain, he is the executive of an organization they invested in.
replied 2735d
I must ask again. He touches on that point. What do you think?

replied 2735d
I don't know what you're asking.
replied 2735d
What do you think about the video? If you care to watch

See above comments.
replied 2734d
Ok, so what obligation does Ryan have to Bitmain?
bchbtch
replied 2734d
He says that Bitmain has invested 1M in MB.

Hahaha

I don't get it, is that not true?
replied 2733d
No no, you got it! It is laughable.

I feel bad for Ryan, I don't see what's funny.
replied 2733d
I wasn't laughing at Ryan, you troll

I'd like to say hopefully we can just have a clean split & everyone go their own way but hate to see the ecosystem keep fragmenting. idk how many more times it can be split.
replied 2735d
SV should have just added replay protection and went their own way. But they were fighting for the BCH name and lost.

You want a clean split but hate to see the ecosystem fragmenting? What value has the ABC split added? The SV added value simply by rejecting ABC changes.
replied 2735d
so it's ok to excise everyone from the community who is not bringing enough value?
bchbtch
replied 2735d
I don't follow
replied 2735d
you dont sound concerned that the community split again? & you seem to be glad ABC is 'gone' because they weren't adding value. might have misread your post tho...

replied 2735d
What community? You misread my post. The value was created by avoiding the ABC changes. ABC destroyed value by splitting. I want the biggest group of people supporting the whitepaper.
replied 2735d
it would be nice for everyone to do their own thing BUT the cost is more fragmentation. idk if the benefit of everyone doing their own thing is more than the cost of smaller groups.
