to get to a more free market do you think it is better to take the Uber approach and ask for forgiveness instead of permission or are political channels better?
If you can get critical mass, then public outcry might force gov to allow something they otherwise wouldn't have. I think that's the case with Uber & hopefully crypto.
yeah, I agree. hopefully some of these laws get run over by the hoard of people entering & using crypto.
I wonder if the feds could foresee what the internet would do, if they would have tried to get their regulatory hand into it sooner.
haha quite likely. though with their limited time they have to cash grab the most valuable things. which aren't always obvious at the beginning.
