State Capitalism is close to Fascism but is not the same. USSR was using State Capitalist system but was not Fascist. Germany was using Capitalist system and was Fascist.
Bigger businesses than ours would have a doctorate in microbiology on staff solely to "deal with" the USDA(not FDA, sorry for the error).
