Try contacting bitcoin.com support and ask about why this happens. In the past I have experienced some cases like this as well. It is really weird.

i got answer From Bitcoin.com.

1/ “it is a problem we are already aware of and working to fix.”

2/ “So far i really can't give you a solid answer for why this happens, as we are still investigating.”
replied 2369d
3/ “The fee structure for BCH transactions is set to 1sat/B, and the high majority of BCH transactions from our wallet have a fee of 1.08sat/B”
replied 2369d
4/ “On the rare occasion a BCH transaction can be sent with a higher fee. This is a problem we need to fix.”
replied 2369d
5/ “The "Network fee settings" on the wallet, doesn't change anything for BCH transactions,”
replied 2369d
6/ “so changing that setting that to "super economy" shouldn't make any difference on BCH transaction fees or confirmation times.”
replied 2369d
7/ “That feature is only used to change the BTC fee structure on our wallet.”
replied 2369d
So they aware about this issue, and trying to fix it now.And changing fee setting does not effect anything to BCH fee.it should be 1~1.08sat/B always.

I think it is 2) - user sent $1 out of $1.04, change returned would be 5000 satoshis, and some code it the wallet decided that it's dust, and left all change as fees.
