Will my memo get into blockchain if I will post something that miners don't like?
The free market will punish any miners who attempt to censor the blockchain.
Yes. Miners only care about making money. Secondly, if one miner decides to not confirm your transaction another one will.
But why would they care someone else will mine it and they can mine anonymously if they don't want people to know them mined it.
