A regular Memo post is ~270 bytes onchain. There are 200 billion tweets on Twitter every year. If Memo.Cash got all Twitter users it would require the blockchain to grow by 54 TB per year. Unscalable.

It might scale but it will be heavily centralised and no longer trustless nor decentralised. By posting that inevitable end will come sooner rather than later.
Explain more - how is posting Bitcoin Core narrative (big blocks = centralization) going to help the "inevitable end" come any sooner? That makes no sense to me.
