Then you're just not very observant or you choose not to see it. Don't look for lateral movement it's too slow for that. Look for things changing shape/dissipating.
I really don't see it. Original video taken in slow motion. Earth moves.... but clouds are the same if you follow them with the moving earth.
Pick a small cloud in the lower left that's fairly isolated and follow it for the entire time lapse. Also you should probably go outside and watch what clouds moving looks like.
