Person getting richer, doesn't make country richer/better, it makes that person richer only. Few very rich people while 1/2 of population is poor is what makes country worse not better
What does the rich person do with that new money he has?
Even better, they spend it. That new yacht, guess who made it? Workers. Even just investing it. The capital that companies raise on stock prices, paid to workers for productivity.
