I think we should have a new BCH stresstest a couple of months after the November upgrade to test the new features and whether the bottlenecks from the last test have been addressed
The plan was 10 weeks before each upgrade Sept and March each year
to be well prepared in November and May
Thoughts about that?
it is becoming clear that planned semi-anual upgrades is not the way forward, so stress testing should prob. not be tied to them.

yes that's good. it tells me that the HF schedule has become controversial (as it did with BTC), whereas stresstesting has general approval, all of which suggests decoupling.
