Capitalism really only exists at the micro level - craigslist, lemonade stands, etc... - but communist USA is even coming down on that.
Don't you know? In USA Gov spends 35% of GDP, all failures blamed on "Totally real Capitalism". USSR has no private ownership of any industry, was "Totally NOT real Socialism".
