Been thinking about this. They demand centralized power? Or demand things like security, judgements in disagreements & other things the state currently provides?

I think what people demand is for "someone else" to make decisions, and take the blame when thigs go badly. The reward is praise if things dont go badly.

heard elon musk talk about mars gov. he mentioned sunset clauses or needing larger majority (~60%) to enact laws & smaller minority (~40%) to repeal laws. might contain gov creep

Talked about it here before, also dont see state power ever decreasing (except after revolution). Would indicate ppl prefer ‘exporting responsibility’ over increasing freedom :/

ahh, yeah I agree here (also, like you've said, why people would rather be a worker than the business owner).
