Well i would like to see the B2B adoption, where companies would pay each other with BCH. No more delays in payments due to holidays or missed payment cut-off time.

This is only up to us to educate the merchants about the benefits of BCH. Paypal took years to become widely used. Same as credit cards.

The biggest concern I hear is of KYC/AML. How to convince the businesses that B2B is safe with BCH, that the payer can be easily identified, to meet legal requirements?

One day it will be solved with the help of identity on the blockchain. Until then KYC can be done the same way as in with cash payments since its practically the same thing.

I used to work in the wholesale food biz in Chicago. They're still mailing each other paper cheques. Still to this day.

That's ok, most people in this world don't even have a bank account. In some developing countries mobile payments is more popular than developing countries. Change takes time.

I mean it's crazy though right? Cheques and stinky hard cash are still much much better for frequent small to medium B2B transactions than any electronic means.

It is. But the only reason is that electronic cash is still complicated to use. The moment it will be as simple as swiping a credit card, and we will get there, it will be widely used.
